How a Corporate Activation Runs

    Discovery and design: a short kickoff call to confirm goals (engagement, content, lead capture), audience size, and brand assets, followed by a custom template and backdrop mock-up for stakeholder approval.

    On-site execution: a uniformed lead attendant arrives early for load-in, completes setup well before doors, runs the booth for the contracted window, and keeps your team informed throughout.

    Post-event delivery: branded gallery link, full image and GIF download, and (if enabled) a CSV of opt-in leads delivered within a few business days, ready to hand to marketing or sales ops.

PROCUREMENT

Procurement and Contracting

We are set up to work with corporate procurement. We provide a W-9, certificate of insurance naming your company or venue as additional insured, and standard NET 30 invoicing on request. Purchase orders, vendor onboarding portals, and security or background-check requirements are handled as part of the booking process. Share the requirements early and we will route them through ours.
