HOW IT RUNS
How a Prom Booth Runs

Plan: a short call with the prom committee or school contact to confirm the theme, school name, class year, expected attendance, and venue load-in window, followed by template proofs for staff approval.

Set up: the attendant arrives 60 to 90 minutes before doors to install the booth, test the lighting, stage props, and load the template so the booth is ready the moment students start arriving.

Run and deliver: the attendant runs the booth for the full window with a steady pace through the arrival rush, hands out prints, and delivers a private digital gallery to the school within a few business days.
STAFF AND COMMITTEE
Working With Schools and Prom Committees
Prom procurement is its own thing: purchase orders, certificates of insurance, and venue load-in windows that don't always match the school's expectations. We provide a W-9, COI naming the school or venue as additional insured, and signed contracts compatible with district vendor requirements. Send the requirements with the initial brief and we route them through with the booking.
On-site, we work alongside the prom committee, faculty advisor, and venue staff. The attendant is briefed on the school's expectations before doors open, keeps the booth experience friendly and inclusive, and steps back to let the committee make any judgment calls about content or behavior.
